Evil SouthWest! I flew them to Otakon! No assigned seats, no leg room, and some backwards seats! Whatever you do, if you have *any* trouble with your back at all, do *not* take the backwards seats. The g-forces will push you forward constantly, and you'll be a writhing lump of pain when you land. Take my word for it. >_
