Trying to decide if it's worth going next door to tell the happy people to shut up. On one hand, I'm not going to get any sleep until they do. On the other, I'm not likely to get any sleep even if I do. They're probably not much in a listening mood, judging by what kind of smoke I could smell in the bathroom.
