I get the strangest things in my school email...


LOST: insanely large strap-on

Friday night, something disappeared from my suite, and by this point, you
know what I am talking about. I JUST WANT IT BACK!! Now I know whoever
might have walked off with it is NOT putting it to proper use, and they have
no idea how much sentimental value is associated with this very large,
flesh-colored penis with an elastic strap... it was a BIRTHDAY GIFT FOR
CHRIST SAKE!!!!!!

I know it's an innocent mistake that can happen to anyone, I was just
surprised to see it in two of my e-mails today.

One person described a flesh-colored piece of lingerie, and another, a
flesh-colored strap on.

As I'm sure we're all aware, flesh comes in many different colors, so it
does not help to refer to something as "flesh-colored". Not only is it not
particularly descriptive, it can be ostracizing if your flesh is not the
color of the thing described as "flesh-colored".

Again, I know it's an innocent mistake, I've made it myself, and I'm not
angry. Just something for everyone to keep an eye out for, so that we're
not unintentionally excluding everyone.
