I've declared myself ill. Thus I have no obligation to write stories or work out. Ha! Now, if only I could apply that excuse to not doing homework or going to class...

if it's a *communicable* illness, then you're under a *duty* to not go to class, for fear you will infect your classmates. plus, if you're *that* ill, then you're probably to weak to pull yourself out of bed. Bed rest is *always* good and exerting yourself will just cause more problems.

*hugs* take care of yourself and don't feel guilty--your body is going to need lots of rest to throw off whatever bug you've got, and getting well should be your first priority.
