Job interview tomorrow. The one I really, really hope I'll get. I'm biting my nails. Gotta make a list.

- Wear pants
- Bring the directions
- Get there by 12:00

Anything else I'm missing?

Aargh. *crosses fingers*

I hope you plan to wear more than just pants. ^_^ Seriously, good luck and try not to be nervous. I'm sure you'll do fine.

Pants = very important.

Um, resume? If they don't have it already. Good luck!

Bring an extra copy of your resume even if they already have it.
Eat a good breakfast/lunch/food beforehand.
Relax and smile!
Goodluck!!

Bring a copy of your resume with you... make sure to thoroughly re-read the details of the job description (maybe bring that too)... and good luck!

Also, if it's any trouble, don't worry about it, but if you have your SS card, passport, etc around and can stick them in your bag or wallet, it'll save you some time filling out HR paperwork if they happen to offer the job to you right away. I don't know that that's particularly likely in this field and they certainly won't expect you to bring any of those things with you even if it is. But I did tend to get job offers for adjunct teaching positions at the end of the interviews (they were always pretty desperate) so I got into the habit of bringing the HR paperwork documents with me so I wouldn't have to make a separate trip...

Oh, actually, there's something that could be useful. Sometimes (and this depends on the field too, but I ran into it a lot when applying for adjunct positions) they want you to fill out their "official" job application form, even though it's essentially totally redundant w/ your resume and cover letter, and sometimes they want things like "emergency contact number" or "phone number of manager at second-to-last job" and other tidbits of information people don't always have memorized. Again, this may not come up at all and won't be a big deal even if it does; it's not something that will affect their impression of you as a candidate. The point would be to save *yourself* some time and effort, if you had all the necessary information of that sort with you. So definitely don't stress about it if you feel like you don't need an additional thing to worry about.

Good luck.

Be sure to have a set of questions to ask about the job/company in case they happen to ask you if you have anything to ask them (which 9 times out of 10 they usually do).

Be early, confident and know what you're talking about. :D

Good luck!
