I'm done! Ha ha ha ha ha!
Dec. 21st, 2002 01:37 amTook my last final today, Japanese... it wasn't as hard as I'd thought, oddly enough. Or so I think. I probably still did badly, but at least I was able to answer all the questions. Only one piece of vocab I missed, though I think I bombed the interview section, as usual. >_<
Spent time since then getting ready to leave. Packing, cleaning my room, defrosting the fridge, etc. Given up on being able to vacuum, as the vacuum has been missing for five days and is not likely to miraculously appear now.
Y'know, my job at the service desk gets easier every day. People come up to me and ask for stuff, and I tell them it's been stolen. Mop? We had one, but it was stolen. Broom? Sorry, it was stolen. Plunger? Same deal. Vacuum? Sorry, it's not here right now. Honestly, am I the only one who bothers to sign stuff out instead of just saying "here, take it"?
Tomorrow I go back to Philadelphia. Changed my shuttle time from 8 AM to 12. This cuts down the waiting time at the airport from 6 hours to 2, but also marginally increases the chance that I'll miss my flight. Crossing my fingers...
Now, to finish packing. Whew! Can't wait to go home! It's so empty here. Refreshing, but it gets lonely.
