So today officially marks the first day that I had to stay late after school to complete all the work I had on my plate. (I'd stayed after before, but that was to meet an obligation that was later in the afternoon rather than to generate more workspace time.) I'm all grown up now?

I admit to being a little >EE at the teacher who, during the last period of the day, dumped a whole stack of journal writing assignments on my desk with the note "Please grade these by tomorrow -- oh and don't forget about the 3-1 assignments!" which I had already been working on every free moment that day...

But when I finally did finish them and took them upstairs to drop em off, she was still head-down in papers and working furiously, so I guess I got no room to complain. :)

Oh and you know what else today marks?

Cos it's the first of May, First of May, outdoor fuckin' starts today
So bring your favorite lady, or at least your favorite lay

I didn't, until someone linked me the WoW video to this song! Although a friend had previously played for me on her iPod "Re Your Brains" and "Skullcrusher Mountain" so I went and downloaded those two as well, since they were available.
