culture day

So, Friday was Culture Day here in Japan. It was a bank holiday, so the school was closed. And I spent culture day... going with English speaking friends to an American style mall, eating American style fast food, and shopping at American chain import stores.

I guess it's just a question of whose culture I was celebrating?

*giggles* We totally did that in Thailand about halfway through. Three of us left classes at the end of the day, headed to Tony Roma's and we all had ribs and potatoes. XD!
