To counteract the slightly depressing things from last night:

1) My community is thriving pretty well. One of them, anyway.

2) My flowers seem to be happy. I went out to water them today and the fuschia had put out a lot of new flower buds. That must mean the plants are adjusting well!

3) I have a lot of friends who are really awesome.

4) cypher_0_ sent me junk food in the package from home. They don't sell this kind of potato chips here and it is <3 <3 <3!

5) New memory card appears to work just fine. Compared it with my old one and have spotted the problem. Old one isn't a PS2 memory card, it's a PS1 memory card. WTF, gamestop?

6) My aunt momdotcom sent me a birthday card. :) And I have a brand new corkboard to put it on. Why is Staples so expensive?

7) Got my first Brain & Behavior test back on Friday, got an A.

8) The skies in Southern California are beautiful.

By the way, I don't remember if anyone recced this one to you, but if you're looking for PS2 games to try, you should give Katamari Damacy a try. It's pure japanese LSD, and it's pretty addicting. Plus, it's really fun to play in the vs. mode.
