Nothing really new to report, except that today was barbeque day and I had steak for dinner. And I don't just mean steak. I mean Steak. The sort of steak that you dream about when you're anemic and craving red meat. Thick, juicy, not quite hot enough to burn your mouth; cooked to that perfect side of medium-rare where you encounter just enough resistance to be satisfying, without getting a mouthful of blood; flavored with just the right combination of salt and spices to bring out the essential underlying flavor of Steak.

Mmm.

Hey!!! I like that mouthful of blood I get from my rare steaks!!!!! Now if you don't mind, the sun's peaking out from behind the clouds and I need to retreat back into darkness....

... damn, you've left me craving a steak for dinner and I've plans to go out for some Chinese. Something tells me they won't have good steak there.....
