Porno Graffiti is the name of a jpop band. They first came to my attention as the artists who did Melissa, the 1st FMA opening, but I got hold of a fwe of their albums and they're pretty rockin' on their own.

Miles Vorkosigan, the protagonist of the Vorkosigan saga by Lois McMaster Bujold, one of the best novelists in the english language. Vorkosigan is a manic-depressive half-crippled genius kid who acquires command of a mercenary space fleet and has mad adventures interspersed with touching, dramatic interludes on his native planet. It's very appealing to watch him grow up throughout the series.

I'd highly recommend anything by her, to anyone.
