Better to laugh than to scream
Oct. 21st, 2008 12:27 pmOh, my god.
Apparently, Obama is 'buying' his way to the presidency, which as we all know is only permissible when traditionally affluent families are doing the buying.
You hear that? By raising and spending campaign money, Obama is cheating. Once again I can't even bring myself to be annoyed, I'm laughing too hard.
So... for the first time in decades, Demos have managed to outspend Reps in terms of ads, because for the first time in decades, small-time voter contributions have outweighed lobbyist bucket contributions. And now that the dems have more money for the first time in decades, now it's unfair and unethical to outspend your political opponent.
Cry moar, repubs. Your tears taste like delicious candy.
In essence, we do not have a fair fight. Obama has always liked it that way when it comes to his campaigns.... revealing that he did not care about a level playing field .
