memeage... it's been a while
Nov. 23rd, 2004 10:49 pmMy journal is called Endlessly Clear White because that's what the layout that Zan made for me said. *grin*
My subtitle is blank because this journal doesn't have one.
My friends page is called All the Colors of Light because I wanted something that would go with the theme of the LJ. Also, it's sort of neat. Rainbow of diversity and all that.
My username is kodalai because it's an acronym. What it's an acronym for is a secret. *grin*
My default userpic is Yohji with a pleasant smile, and the caption "sou desu ka?" because I like this icon a lot. It's one I've kept around almost since I first made of, because I find it just so expressive and flexible. Most people look at it and think "oh, happy icon, he's smiling." That's true, and I do use it for all my happy posts, and I am overall a very happy person. But at the same time that's the kind of smile you could put on on top of any emotion. The words "sou desu ka?' literally means "Is that so?" in Japanese, and it's their all-purpose polite noncommittial phrase. You could use "sou desu ka" to respond to anything from "I'm feeling very good today!" to "I have a paraphilia involving kitchen equipment." And you would keep that same pleasant smile on while you were saying it. I use this icon because it's the perfect face to show to people to make them feel gratified while giving nothing of yourself away.
My name is listed as Ko Dalai because of the acronym. Still not telling, hee. You who were in that hotel room, you know.
