Just when I was feeling down and holiday out-of-sorts, a package arrives from my older sister. (the one who isn't into yaoi, but we love her anyway.) It included an umbrella, lots of candy, and a snuggly bear! It's SO snuggly. It's got that new special kind of ultra-soft fur that's softer than anything. I've hung it up over my computer. So happy!

I've finished my research paper and turned it in (not without mishap. My BRAND NEW, LATEST MODEL printer kindly refuses to print anything from Classic without smearing black ink all over the page, and won't print from OS X at all. Some cursing and fiddling later, it refused to print AT ALL. So I packed my file onto my zip disk and took off for the computer lab. Bii-dah.) I am pleased, though, because that is my biggest academic obligation for this semester bar finals. Oh, PLEASE bar finals. *sigh*

So, now I am on vacation. What to do? What to do? Play video games? Watch anime? Take a nap? (And before you say it, yes, I do plan to get writing done!)

Hmmm... Having permission kind of takes the fun out of it, but... oh well. I want more of the Rapture fic! There. I said it.

I hope whatever you decide to do that you have a good time. Maybe you should watch some of that anime you've been downloading. It sure sounds like you've got some great stuff to see. Of course, I won't mind if you decide that you want to spend some time writing.

Whatever you do, I hope you have a nice holiday. I know you're not at home, but I'm sure everyone is thinking about you. Have fun no matter what it is you're doing. *hugs*
