Even ingesting several ibuprofen doesn't help when I'm required to sit still in a chair for four hours on end. =_= I hate cramps. And I especially hate that this period is almost two weeks late, and therefore instead of coming at a time when I could have dealt with it normally, it's going to interfere with visiting plans.

 

It did this entirely to spite me. Hate.

*hugs* I hope you start feeling better, soon. I always ate ice cream when I had cramps. It didn't make them go away, but it made me happier.

There's at least a pound of chocolate and/or sweets waiting in my room. I just have to wait out the next two hours before I can get there. =_=

trixie_chick told me about the wonders of stick-on heating pads. You stick them to the inside of your undies, and they stay warm for upward of 12 hours. They're wonderful things. They make them for the lower back, too. Most pharmacies carry them. Maybe that will help?

But that doesn't do me any good if I can't *get* to any local pharmacies. -_- The closest I can come is the 'pharmacy' section at the local supermarkets which definitely do not have any such thing.
