I just got a paycheck telling me that I worked... six hours last month. Bullshit. I worked at least eight hours a WEEK. But I don't think I filled out my timesheets correctly, so it's my own fault. Fine. I screwed up. But I'm still over a hundred dollars underpaid.

It *is* my own fault. Can I go to my employer about this? She'll understand... I hope...

Of course you can! I've seen people at my company completely forget to fill out a time sheet before. The company owes you for those hours and a 'typo' shouldn't keep you from getting your money. What I've typically seen them do, is wait until the next paycheck and make the adjustment there. I'm sure it happens all the time. Go talk to your supervisor... they'll understand.

Even if it doesn't get you the money you're owed, you should still talk to your employer. At the very least, she'll be able to help you make sure it doesn't happen again. Good luck!

Damn straight you should talk to your employer! As long as they're not Nazis about it, they owe you for the hours you've worked. Plus, it should be on record how often you've worked (assuming you're supposed to work a set schedule of hours).

Also... there isn't a mood icon for "depressed" either. This upsets me.
