A dilemma

My supervisor has asked me to construct a Current Affairs lesson and read-article for the kids, based on President Bush's speech last week to the Committee of Veterans for Foreign Wars comparing the war in Iraq to the war in Vietnam -- but in a good way!

Unfortunately, I'm having trouble putting a few sentences together that don't involve repetitious use of the phrase 'blithering idiot.'
