JET spaz

At least I found my birth certificate HA! I knew I'd put it somewhere where it wouldn't get lost! I just couldn't remember where that was...

Currently working on my JET application (due tomorrow.) (Okay, technically, it's due Tuesday, but I'm going to have to overnight it tomorrow so for all intents and purposes it's due tomorrow.) Fortunately I was able to get hold of all the documents I needed -- transcripts, proof of graduation, and reference letters -- by Wednesday. And I only had to pay $40 to expedite it! X_x

Now spazzing over the essay portion, which I left for last. Basically it's asking three questions: one: why do you want to come to Japan, two: what do you think you could bring to the program, and three: what do you hope to get out of the program.

Unfortunately, my answers are pretty much "anime, nothing, and money something to look good on the resume." Something tells me these are not the best answers...

[edit] cypher_0_ suggested the following answers: 1) you want to learn as much as you can about japanese culture and language, 2) your intelligence, professionalism, tutoring experience, will to learn, and hard work, 3) tentacle porn.
