Book: "The hypothalamus regulates the body's homeostasis and motivation, or what has commonly been called the four F's: fighting, fleeing, feeding, and mating."
Me: Wait, that's only three. Oh. *groan*
[edit] Also: "This deficit is known as autotopagnosia, lack of knowledge of one's own topograpgy. (A better term for it would have been autotopanomia, lack of knowledge of the names of one's own topography, but nobody consulted me when the term was coined.)"
